Electric vehicles, especially from Tesla, are certainly the most popular in terms of transport options. But they are far from the options available. Electric motorcycles nowadays are taking first place in the marketplace.

Similarly, one more new e-bike is coming soon. Rimac, an automobile manufacturer from Croatia have developed its “Greyp” electric bikes- the G12H. The G12H exhibits the longest range for any e-bike.

The previous model of G12H i.e., G12S, already has impressive specs. A 1.5 kWh battery pack and a range of 120 km (75 miles).

According to New Atlas, “The G12H model does trade some of that power for range. It has a more modest speed of 45 km/h (28 mph) but can run an impressive 240 km (150 miles) on a single charge of its 3kWh battery pack. Charging the bike takes around 80 minutes.”

Along with the freedom to ride it, it exhibits a better battery. The battery capacity is up to 3 kWh, double that of the G12S, which in turn doubles its range from 120 km (74.5 miles) up to an impressive 240 km, depending on the configuration of the bike. Recharging process takes almost 80 minutes from a standard power outlet.

The headlight of this new e-bike will brighten up a dawn or dusk commute, and a mounted panniers rack lets some luggage hitch a ride. It also has a fingerprint sensor to activate the bike and allows the prints of different fingers to be assigned to different riding modes. That allows different riders to touch on for custom preferences, or one rider to jump across various modes by scanning specific fingers.

Such advancements in making electric bikes making a new era in transportation.
